L-Shape, U-Shape, Parallel and Island Modular Kitchens
Every modular kitchen we manufacture is laid out for your exact wall dimensions. L-shape kitchens are the most efficient layout for Indian apartments — corner pull-outs and magic corners eliminate dead space. U-shape kitchens maximise counter and storage area in larger villas. Parallel (galley) kitchens give you two functional zones with a clear walkway. Island and peninsula kitchens add a breakfast counter, additional prep space and a statement design element for open-plan villa interiors. Marine-Grade Plywood Carcass and Solid-Wood Shutters
Our standard carcass material is 19mm BWP marine-grade plywood, IS:710 certified, anti-termite, anti-borer and fully waterproof. The plywood is edge-banded with 2mm PVC to seal every cut, preventing moisture ingress. Shutters can be specified in 1mm laminate, seamless membrane, acrylic high-gloss, PU lacquer or solid Burma teak. Solid teak shutters are joined with mortise-and-tenon joinery and hand-polished with marine varnish — they can be sanded and re-polished for the next 40 years.
Hettich, Hafele and Blum Hardware — Soft-Close as Standard
Every Krishna Wooden Furniture modular kitchen ships with Hettich, Hafele or Blum hardware as standard — soft-close hinges, tandem drawer systems, tall-unit pantry pull-outs, magic corners, lift-up flap fittings and bottle pull-outs. These come with 10 to 25 year manufacturer warranties. We share hardware brand and model on the quote so you know exactly what you are paying for. No surprise downgrades on the day of installation.

Modular Kitchen Price in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai
Our direct-from-factory pricing is typically 25–35% lower than Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai showrooms because there is no retailer markup. A 10-foot L-shape laminate kitchen starts around ₹1.2 lakh. Mid-range PU lacquer kitchens with built-in appliances range ₹2.5–4 lakh. Solid teak shutter kitchens with tall units, island and integrated appliances range ₹4–8 lakh. We provide an itemised quote — carcass, shutters, hardware, accessories, transport and installation — within 24 hours of design approval.
Built-In Appliance Integration — Hob, Chimney, Oven and Dishwasher
Modern modular kitchens are appliance-led. Share the brand and model of your hob, chimney, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator at the design stage, and we engineer cabinetry openings around exact factory cut-outs and ventilation requirements. We coordinate with the appliance vendor for delivery timing so installation is single-day and clean. Power points, water lines and drain points are pre-marked on a service drawing for your electrician and plumber.

Delivery and Installation Across South India
We deliver and install modular kitchens across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. A two-person installation team arrives with all tools, hardware and finishing material. A standard kitchen is installed and handed over in 2–4 days. We provide a 10-year structural warranty on carcass and joinery, and we honour hardware warranties through the original Hettich/Hafele/Blum service network.
